E.I.M. Capital Managers is an independently
owned financial services firm whose shareholders include people with
backgrounds as senior resource sector executives, fund
managers, stock brokers and advisers to the resources industry. Tony Wiggins, the founding director, is the largest single
shareholder.
Three
directors
- Colin Jackson, Tony Wiggins and John Robertson - are responsible for the
governance of the firm, including operational management and business strategy.
An
investment committee
- Tony Wiggins, Doug Goodall and John Robertson - is responsible for all investment decision making.
An
advisory committee
made of people
with recognized expertise in their fields has been
assembled to provide additional specialist advice to assist the investment
committee in its decision making.
