Officium Capital
Officium Capital Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Snowball Group Limited, an ASX listed financial services company.
Officium Capital (formerly
Western Pacific Asset Management) was established in April 2004 by
Officium Group specifically to provide clients of the Western
Pacific Financial Group with access to a range of managed funds,
fund managers and investment expertise not accessible via mainstream
managed fund products.
In February 2007, Officium Group completed the sale
of Western Pacific Financial Group to Snowball. Western
Pacific Financial Group is a financial services firm established in
1985 to provide clients with investment and financial advice.
It designs and manages investment portfolios for clients with the
aim of providing consistently positive returns with minimal medium
term risk to capital.
In February 2010, Snowball Group completed the
purchase of 100% of Officium Capital.
Officium Capital has engaged E.I.M. Capital Managers to manage the investments
of the Emerging Resources Company Share Fund.
Officium Capital is the
Responsible Entity of the Fund and has overall
responsibility for its operation. E.I.M.
Capital Managers is responsible for the Fund's
investment and divestment decisions and,
therefore, the performance of the Fund in terms
of return to investors.
